Groupe Savenica (Savencia), founded in 1956, is an international food group comprised of two major companies. Savencia Fromage & Dairy is among the world's largest milk processors, selling its products in 120 countries all over the world. Fromage, focused on specialty cheeses in Europe and worldwide; and Dairy, which is engaged with the production of other dairy products, namely butter, cream, aseptic technology long-life dairy products and ingredients. Secondly, Savencia Gourmet sells consumer food products to the retail and food service sectors.
