Suguna Foods, founded in 1984, is a vertically integrated poultry company and one of the largest players in the Indian poultry industry, with an estimated 20% market share. Suguna Foods is geographically diversified and has long-standing relationships with 39,000 contract farmers spread across 19 domestic states. The company's operations cover broiler and layer farming, hatcheries, feed mills, processing plants, vaccines and exports; today it processes 538 million chickens annually and operates through 83 hatcheries and 63 feed mills.
