SM Prime Holdings, incorporated in 1994 and headquartered in Pasay, Philippines, is a public subsidiary of SM Investments Corporation and one of the largest integrated property developers in Southeast Asia. Initially a mall developer and operator, SM Prime has become the largest retail shopping centre developer in the Philippines. The company operates 85 malls in the Philippines and eight in China, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 10.8 million square metres, serving 20,615 tenants in the Philippines and 2,183 tenants in China.
