Module 9, Business model, assesses whether a company is transitioning its business model to low-carbon activities and will remain profitable in a low-carbon economy. This module identifies relevant current business activities and those still at a growing stage. It recognises that the transition to a low-carbon economy, with the associated change in business models, will take place over several years or even decades. Acknowledges activities depend on the companies’ profile and activities.
