Module 4 of the ACT Transport methodology assesses the companies’ ‘sold product performance’: the emissions reduction of subcontracted services. This module is applied to companies that subcontract some or all of their transport services. It assesses the company’s past trend in emissions intensity and past performance with the carbon budget. It also assesses the degree of knowledge the company has about its subcontractors’ performance and about the subcontractors’ performance itself. Companies with only own fleet operations are not assessed on this module.
